Bremen and Bremerhaven – A Federal State with Maritime Flair

The federal state of Bremen consists of two cities: Bremen and Bremerhaven. Bremen, the Hanseatic city on the Weser, boasts 1,200 years of history. Its UNESCO-listed town hall, the Roland statue, and the famous Bremen Town Musicians make it unmistakable. As a hub for aerospace, science, and urban development, Bremen is shaped by the Weser and its many green spaces.

Bremerhaven, located on the North Sea, is a major port city and research center. It is home to one of Europe’s largest car transshipment ports, the German Maritime Museum, and the Climate House. The Havenwelten district, with attractions like the Emigration Center and Zoo by the Sea, makes it a popular destination.

From hotel bookings to package tours, from city tours to organising bus groups and congress planning… Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen not only tells Bremen residents and their guests how, where, when and what is taking place, but also provides them with a complete first-hand service.
